We developed Block2Job for our own use as a solution to the shortage of skilled workers in our own SME locations in Munich, Dresden, Braunschweig and Zurich. You enter your job-ad digitally yourself. You decide on the type and amount of the bonus offered for successful networking with a candidate. The STANDARD job advertisement in text-only form is free of charge. For the processing of premium payments - when the ball is in the goal - we charge a small processing fee.
