We developed Block2Job for our own use as a solution to the shortage of skilled workers in our own SME locations in Munich, Dresden, Braunschweig and Zurich. With Block2Job we have significantly improved the usual employee-referral-programs. The previous limitation to employees, and the mapping of only one-step referral chains was not good enough for us. We also didn't want the hassle of installing software, maintaining it, or tying ourselves to licensing fees. This is all much better today with blockchain and browser apps.

With the present open concept at Block2Job now really everyone can become a job ambassador and tipster. Whether employee, freelancer, business partner or friend makes no difference. Block2Job is also multi-level, i.e. even the recipient of a job tip can distribute this job further in his own network, i.e. among friends, acquaintances and family.

BASIC: "TEXT ONLY"

You enter your job-ad digitally yourself. You decide on the type and amount of the bonus offered for successful networking with a candidate. The STANDARD job advertisement in text-only form is free of charge. For the processing of premium payments - when the ball is in the goal - we charge a small processing fee.

PREMIUM: "INDIVIDUAL TEXT, PICTURES, FILMS"

Services and costs

The switched posts have a duration of three months. After that they are automatically deleted.
After a successful placement through Block2Job - as soon as the candidate placed through Block2Job receives and signs an employment contract - there are two ways of processing:

1. We transfer the contacts of the people behind the networking to the candidate to the client and the client pays the respective premiums directly.

2. The client instructs us to take over the payment of the premiums. For this we charge a surcharge of 15% on the premium.

The switched posts have a duration of three months. After that they are automatically deleted.
After a successful placement through Block2Job - as soon as the candidate placed through Block2Job receives and signs an employment contract - there are two ways of processing:
